Non-Refundable Conditions
The Activation Deposit and Expedited Fee are not refundable if the student cancels during an active search, rejects a qualifying match, or provides false or incomplete documentation causing rejection. The 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
Qualifying Match Defined
A qualifying match meets the student's submitted NP track/specialty, required credentials, location/region, and school-specific requirements submitted at intake. Schools and clinical sites retain full approval authority over all placements.
Important: ANP is not a nursing school, clinical site, healthcare provider, credentialing agency, accreditation authority, state board, or regulatory approval authority. ANP does not guarantee final school approval, clinical site clearance, BRN approval, state board approval, regulatory approval, start-date approval, or completion of clinical hours. The deposit is requested only after ANP receives your placement request and confirms in principle that a preceptor is available and meets your school specialty, location, and credential requirements. It is not requested immediately at submission. The deposit is credited in full toward your total hourly placement balance.
